HELP using AIT Resources

If you're having problems accessing resources on AIT, such as Netacad, Distro, or your Student Web Pages: check out our Documentation Page for detailed instructions. Support for AIT can also be made by visiting the Lab Support Offices (B1045 and E2115) or by calling the Helpdesk from a lab phone by calling 2504. For non-critical items, please send an e-mail to helpdesk@saultcollege.ca to open a work order and a technician will respond as soon as possible.
